How it works

One message, sent the way a person would send it.

Bulk tools blast from their servers and shared reputations. Dispatch goes out through your Gmail, one at a time, so every email lands in the Sent folder you already know.

  1. 1

    Connect Gmail

Approve once. Pick any verified send-as alias as the sender. Disconnect whenever you like and the stored token is revoked.

  2. 2

    Compose

Paste emails or upload a CSV. Use merge tags like {{firstName}} and {{company}}, add a signature, and queue a follow-up.

  3. 3

    Dispatch paces it

About a minute between messages and a daily cap, so a campaign looks like a person working through a list, not a burst.

  4. 4

Follow up in the same thread

A follow-up goes out as a reply in the same thread after the wait you set. Anyone who unsubscribes is skipped, now and in every future campaign.

Track

See each recipient's journey.

Sent, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, failed: every recipient's status in one place. Pause or resume a running campaign, and compare campaigns side by side in Reports.

  • Open and click tracking, switchable per campaign
  • Clicks go through a redirect, so they are more reliable than open pixels
  • Replies land in your Gmail inbox as usual

Compose

Personal at the first line, scalable at the tenth hundred.

Merge fields, per-language signatures, an optional send-at time. Imported campaigns always arrive as drafts, so nothing leaves until you press Send.

Dispatch composer with audience, message, follow-ups and delivery settings

Automation

Plug it into whatever already builds your lists.

Generate an API key, then post a CSV from cron, GitHub Actions, Zapier or n8n. The key can only import, so it can't send mail or touch your Gmail connection. Repeat the same campaign name and the rows merge into one draft.

Prefer to stay in the inbox? The Gmail add-on builds and imports campaigns from inside Gmail.

Built to stay out of the spam folder.

  • Paced sendingAbout a minute between messages, with a daily cap you control. Overflow rolls to tomorrow.
  • One-click unsubscribeEvery message carries it. Unsubscribes go on a suppression list that applies across all your campaigns.
  • Your reputation, your threadMail leaves from your own address and threads like normal, so replies and the Sent folder stay yours.
  • No blind retriesIf a send's outcome is unclear, Dispatch marks it failed instead of retrying, so nobody gets the same email twice.

Questions people ask

What is Dispatch?

Dispatch is a cold-email tool that sends personal outreach campaigns from your own Gmail account. You write a message once, add recipients, and it sends them one at a time on a paced schedule with open and click tracking, a one-click unsubscribe link and an optional follow-up.

How is Dispatch different from GMass, Mailmeteor or Yet Another Mail Merge?

All of them can send from Gmail. Dispatch is built around a review-first, paced workflow: imports always arrive as drafts, sending runs on a schedule with a daily cap, the API key can only import, and the only Gmail permission it asks for is sending. It does not include a lead database, warm-up or multichannel sequences.

Can Dispatch read my inbox?

No. Dispatch asks Google for one Gmail permission: sending mail. It cannot read, modify or delete your messages. Replies arrive in your Gmail as usual, so Dispatch does not show reply status. You can disconnect at any time and the stored token is revoked.

How many emails can I send?

The Free plan sends up to 20 emails a day from one Gmail mailbox. Pro sends up to 500 a day from up to three mailboxes. Messages go out about a minute apart, and anything over the daily cap rolls into the next day.

How much does Dispatch cost?

Free is $0. Pro is $19 a month, or $15 a month billed yearly ($180). Both plans include tracking, a follow-up and API import.

Does Dispatch work with Outlook or other email providers?

No. Dispatch sends through the Gmail API, so it works with Gmail and Google Workspace accounts only. You are also responsible for the legal side of cold outreach: an honest subject, your identity and a lawful basis.

Your next outreach batch, sent like a person sent it.
